"In 2015 and again this year, I included Kitchen Kulture on my list of St. Louis’ 100 essential restaurants even though it lacks such amenities as its own building or even a sleekly branded food truck from which to serve its food. The dishes that restaurant-industry veterans Christine Meyer and Mike Miller served from a stall at the Tower Grove Farmers Market and at pop-up events were so delicious and creative that Kitchen Kulture muscled past any objections to its transient nature."
